How submitted data is handled

When you submit an enquiry, the application collects the name, email address and message provided. The server normalises the email and stores these fields to record and follow up on the contact. The form should not be used to send sensitive data, confidential documents or third-party information without authorisation.

You provide the data directly. It should be used in the context of your enquiry and the communications needed to answer it. The application confirms only that the enquiry was received and saved; it does not promise automatic disclosure to third parties.

Newsletter registration collects only the email address, converted to lower case before storage. Duplicate registrations are recognised by the system. At present, registering interest is available, but newsletter delivery is not yet active.

We do not state retention periods, specific legal bases, international transfers or suppliers that are not documented in the application. These operational definitions must be formalised by the site’s responsible party before processing is expanded or campaigns begin.

To request information, correction or deletion of submitted data, write to contact@lighthumanhotels.com and state the email used in the form. The responsible team must validate the request before acting. Material changes to data collection or use require this page to be updated.
